Camera Access: We access your device camera solely to scan QR codes on products. Camera images are processed locally and are not stored or transmitted.
Product Data: When you scan a product, we retrieve product information from our servers to display the Digital Product Passport.
Chat Data: Messages you send through the in-app chatbot are stored locally on your device and may be sent to our servers to provide support responses.
Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as device type and operating system version for app compatibility purposes.

Product scan history and chat messages are stored locally on your device using SQLite database. You can clear this data at any time by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
